This fall, Sunset Hills is offering a very special, limited-time opportunity for current club members to upgrade from their existing category to a new "Unlimited" membership category that delivers even more value for your club membership for just an extra $125 per month.

Terms and Conditions of Unlimited Membership Upgrade
After you upgrade, your monthly dues will increase $125 relative to where they are now. The $125 will be reflected as a “dues upgrade” on your member statement separate from your regular dues. Club governance may adjust the $125 monthly dues upgrade rate in the future as with all other club dues and usage fees.
Once you upgrade to the Unlimited category, you need to remain in the category for at least one year. After that period, you can downgrade your membership to eliminate the $125 dues upgrade if desired. Should you choose to downgrade your membership, you will also be required to return any unused brunch or guest passes to the club.
The one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee is $1,000 if you upgrade prior to November 1, 2017. After this time, the upgrade fee will increase to $2,000. There is a limited number of total upgrade positions available.
Cart usage for Unlimited Members are complimentary anytime the club is open for regular member play and for member golf events where cart fees are charged separately from other costs associated with the event. The complimentary cart benefit does not apply to outside golf events played at Sunset Hills (Monday charity outings, etc.) that are organized by a third party.
The guest passes are a very valuable part of the Unlimited upgrade as guest fees are currently $67 on weekdays and $77 on weekends. Unlimited members will be provided with two guest passes for each month of the year. The passes expire at the end of each month and do not roll over if unused. The physical passes cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed.
The golf guest passes can be used anytime during regular member play. The passes are not valid for member-guest events or for outside golf tournaments organized by a third party.
The golf guest passes cannot be used for other members to play golf and can’t be given, sold or transferred to other members. The passes are not valid for unaccompanied guest play. Someone associated with the Unlimited membership the passes were issued to needs to be play with any guests using the passes.
Unlimited members will be provided with a certificate valid for two Sunday brunches for each month of the year. The passes expire at the end of each month and do not roll over if unused. The physical passes cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed.
